I came across an ad, too, for someone selling the Nov. 92 issue, but had thrown it out, it looks like, before it was sold.

That would mean there might be more than 4 issues!
The Nov. 92 issue was Issue 10, where all of the magazines were supposed to be combined. (Maybe that happened in Issue 11?)
