How do I submit things?

I tried offering stuff on the MIA section of this forum but didn't get any response, am I supposed to send you guys stuff directly? If so, how?
Has anyone ever finished Encounter? I've gotten to the last between level screen like a million times and have never done it.

I must be going blind in my old age, thanks for pointing that out.
