Here's a checked version Traffic Panic, the first in Virgin Books "Games for Your Atari 600XL" - p9-16. I've checked over the listing you have, and the important code was all correct, but a few comments were different to the book. It's now identical. (Incidentally, for magazine/book listings, the Virgin Books are pretty good, with quite a bit of machine code... even if the print quality and binding of the book was dreadful and all the pages fell out almost immediately)
