have all the cart based games (like Decathlon, River Raid, etc.) been released on disk as well?

Not that i know of

I did notice 2 things though in later activision disk games they replaced the static logo with an animated loading screen logo instead

All or most of activisons a8 cartridge games were later converted to tape format done by other publishers, i remember decathlon and river raid (not the activision tape version)
