MMG Compiler

Hi,
looking through some old disks and came across the MMG Compiler which you do not have. This is a copy, but if you want an .atr file can you tell me how I go about creating a file please?
Also, can you tell me how to print out the instruction sheets for the programmes which are not in PDF format please?
