That Atari LOGO Rom crashes my system. Both Emulator and Actual Atari 800XL computer.

Then you're doing something wrong. It works for me (even though it's a cracked ROM image).

Thanks for the ROM, I got it to work. I looked through the book section here, and i cannot find an Atari LOGO manual. Anyone have a scan of it?
