Ever seen this Arabic 65 XE ?
Very strange, isn't it ?

The Arabic 65XE is still pretty mysterious. It may have been sold in countries such as Saudi Arabia or Kuwait but no info has been found yet.
IIRC, there were also some specific programs in Hebrew for Atari computers sold in Israel.

Exactly, I got a computer (it's a 800XL) with Hebrew character set from Nir Dary some time ago. Pretty strange to write text lines from right to left ... and in demos the scrollers move from left to right. Even worse, you have to start with the manual at the end in order to get started
Another feature of the Hebrew computer I got is the option to switch between Hebrew and Latin character set, which eases the pain sometimes

Yes, I think John Hardy has one and as far as I can remember John had/has a story concerned with this special arabic version of the 65XE as well.
Unfortunately I forgot the story
There should be some more of these arabic Ataris float around, as you can see from Arnaud's post.
