VAPI back to floppy

As I am not able to use vapi format with my SIO2IDE or with sio2linux I would like to know. Is possible to write vapi image back to floppy which I can use with my real Atari?

Not yet. Such a (write back) tool will be released. Note however that the write back tool will require at a minimum an enhanced 1050 (Happy/Duplicator/Speedy). And for most newer protections you will need more, a Catweasel or a Discovery Cartridge.
