What game was this... can not remember it's name?

Not sure of the name but it did have a "dollar" symbol in it.
The game from what I can remember is you had to collect money and I think you was in a helicopter that you could fire into the ground to get to the money you then collected the money (again I think it was dollar signs) the title music was that song "where in the money" and it may have played that during the game, not sure.
But it was fun you could dig tunnels and then fly into them
Any ideas.
