I'm an avid collector of the games and have even helped a few of the games in the database get published such as Orb of Zarimer and Quest for the Maltese chicken while I was writing for Atai User.

Anyways, is there anyway to FTP files from the database rather than go one by one?

I only ask as there seems to be quite a few 'new' titles that have been dumped

Again, many thanks for setting up such a great site and I'll be spending quite some time here I can tell

Sorry for the delay....

The levels were done with the Sidewinder editor by a guy called Big Mac and I hacked the code to load our new levels.

You can credit me as Paul Irvine, I was called The Moleater in those days, the name comes from me making fun out of a guy called Mike who was the cracker of most of the EA titles under the name of The Mole, nice guy too

And for a small bit of extra info, he along with another friend made the controller card for the scumbags at Computerhouse (unpaid!!)

I met John Sosta and Paul (forgotten his last name) via Atari User, I was sent Sidewinder to review but it was missing the level editor so I went to met the team. Futureware was ran from Johns house.

Because of my job with a company called Maplin (then, tecnical Atari sales) I met quite a few Atari people like Adam Michael Bilyard, Archer Mclean etc etc who were customers and also people who wrote in their spare time. I introduced them to Futureware as their first publisher. John Kavanaugh who wrote Quest for the Maltese chicken later worked for Domark in their Kremlin software team and last time I spoke to him he was working with John Romero's ill fated Diakatana game..

Michael King who wrote ord of Zaramier is I presume still a Policeman of some sort in West London..

99% of my stuff is atr's or images these days, what little software I had went to Aaron aka Holmes, we shared our files hoping to make a fairly large collection. If you ever got one of his CD's / DVD's from the Holmes site then you have pretty much what I have along with the Tosec stuff.

You would be welcome to a copy of what I have to go through, its got some of my own bits like scans of reviews from Atari User etc..Let me know if you want it and I'll send one to you.
