I'm looking for some guidance on how to use an emulator that will allow me use the following Atari 8-bit games (designed by a distant relative of mine). Is there a good FAQ on this? The games are:

Can I run these on a PC, running Windows XP.

It's a matter of installing the emulator, and then double-clicking the downloaded files, or dragging the files into the emulator window.
