Help with .ATR files

I have the Starbase Hyperion.ATR file but am unable to load this. Is there something simple that I am missing? I have tried A8E, Atari800Win_26c, AXE, Emuapc, Gem2000. I am sure it is something simple.

Did you disable BASIC? It won't work otherwise.
