Connect my Atari to my TV

What kind of adaptor do i need to connect my Atary to my Modern Day TV?

If you're in the US, and you're using a "cable-ready" TV, then you could get an RCA to coax adaptor, like this:

If you have an Atari computer with a monitor output, you can use a monitor cable, which will connect your computer's monitor port to the AV inputs on your TV. These cables are not too hard to find, and they're the same as the monitor cables for the Commodore 64.

I have an Atari 800, I wen tto Radio Shack today and got a "Phono to F" adaptor. (Same thing as the link above.) for just under $5.00usd

Works great, and I can simply leave it screwed into my Direct-TV's antena input, and plug in the atari when i want to use it. Very Convinient and puts out a great picture.
