commodore 64 Disk Drive on Atari 800?

Will the commodore 64's Disk Drive connect and work with the Atari 800? I have a friend who has a C64 with Disk Drive still in the Box and is willing to give it to me. I just ordered an Atari 800 via eBay this week.. but no data drives with it.

Nope, that won't work. The disk drives are way too different.
