Juupiter Mission 1999-WARNING spoiler if u have not played

If anyone out there is playing JM1999, I have a question. I have returned to the Beagle from Callisto with the control box from the alien base and am now extremely stuck as to what to do next. I have been going around in circles for about a week now so any suggextions would be great.
