Mounting XEGS cartridge??

Hey great guys!
I'm spending a lot of time browsing through games that 20 years ago I could not afford or get a hold off!!
So I downloaded this game Commando, but it says in the library that I need to mount it as an XEGS 128K ROM. What do you mean by this?
Can I use the emulator xformer2000? I do have a 130XE available as well, but it's not hooked up to my PC.
So basically: what can I do to play this game?
