Please recommend an Emulator for PC (Win 7)

I downloaded some games from Atarimania, such as Spelunker, Castle Wolfenstain and Pole Position.
I tried running them on the Gemulator9. Pole Position doesn't run, with Spelunker I get an error message saying "I need 48K" and
for Castle Wolfenstein, I can't move the character with the arrow keys.

Can anyone recommend the best emulator for the ATR and ROM file games on Atarimania?

I've ran altirra on Win 7 and it seems to be ok. I put some instructions and links to the emulator here:

the emulator is still being supported too so if you have any problems they willl usually be fixed!
