Working "Quest of the Space Beagle"

Working "Quest of the Space Beagle"
Does anyone have a copy of "Quest of the Space Beagle" that allows you to get to Navigation? I have 3 or 4 copies, and every time I pass the maze, it just goes black and that's it. Maybe I have a setting wrong? Any help is appreciated.
