Trying to determine what a game was

Hello everyone. Just starting messing around with the atari800XL emulators to regain the magic of my youth. I had an 800XL and a 400 and my buddy had an 800 and 130XE.

I have an odd request. I am trying to find out what a game was that my buddy used to play on his 800 back in the day. It may have been for his 130XE, but I am pretty sure it was for his 800. He has been trying to find out what it was for a couple years now and the reason was he lost his sister who was probably his best friend in a car accident in the 90's and they used to play this game together.

All he can remember is something about monkeys needing to paint or fill in some square with marzipan or something in order to launch some rocket. I have no idea and can't find it based on that search, so thought someone here might be able to identify it. I would love to be able to give him a burned disk or cartridge of it if I can find it so he can reminisce about those days with his sister.
