Printing Software Instructions

Hi,
hope someone can help. I would like to print out the software instructions from the site. PDF files are straight forward, but where the page is in an image format it doesn't work. All I get is either a small thumb nail on the page, or if I open the image to enlarge it, I can only print part of the image off.
