Hi all I'm new to form,trying to get back into 8bit,had 800&130xe as a kid and looking to get a 130xe,I have a question about what size and what kind of modern monitor to get with sound? can anyone recommend a set up for me. thx.

If you're using a stock 130XE, then a TV (connected via the monitor port) will probably be fine.
If you plan to modify the video output, you'll have a wider range of options.

I'll be using a stock 130xe and was going to try s video cable on ebay with a new lg 23" lcd (m237wd-pm) but I don't know if it will work right,I have been reading all the forums and some say it works perfect and some say there is vertical lines,the tv I have is to big.I do want to do some mods in the the future but since its been about 22 years since I touched a 8bit it will be some time befor that.
