Looking for game name

It's the only 800xl game I remember playing, but for the life of me I don't remember the name.
I would call it a Will-e-coyote game. You would set traps on the cliffside to hit something coming on the road in the middle.
No idea at all as to the name, but really interested in revisiting it if anyone remembers it.
