What's that Game?

Trying to remember the name of this 2600 game. I believe it was a 20th Century Fox game. It was space themed. It had some of the best graphics and sound effects of just about any 2600 game out there. I think it was similar to Taz in that that there were seveal tiers on the screen that you moved up and down.

Sound familar to anyone?
