I was looking at this auction for Orc Attack:

The box and manual are labeled as Creative Sparks, but the cartridge label is for Thorn EMI. Is this normal (e.g., did Creative Sparks distribute Thorn EMI-labeled carts for some reason)?

Yes, the labels are identical.

The same is also true of Carnival Massacre.

"Creative Sparks" was really just a label for Thorn EMI.
