Bug Hunt and Flight Simulator II packing ?

Were "Bug Hunt" and "Flight Simulator" also sold seperately or were they only sold in a bundle with the lightgun / XE Game System ?
That doesn't answer the question but I've yet to see boxes for these items... All games sold loose or just with instructions probably come from old stock.
