I have Atari800win on my PC and wanted to play the games with my Playstation controller converter "EMS USB2"

When I go into the Joystick option it finds the EMS usb2 as "4 axe 16 button joystick", but when I try to configure it as Keyset A, nothing happens when I press the controller buttons. The only reaction I get out of the gamepad is that O is the pause button and X will trigger speed in the game, ei 2000% or 100% speed.

Am I posting this in the right forum or is this only for original atari consoles? If so, I'm sorry about this question. If this is the case, could you please redirect me to the right place for this?

If you choose "Keyset A" then you're choosing to emulate a joystick with keys on your keyboard, rather than your stick.

If the stick is recognised by the emulator, just choose your stick from the drop-down menu and leave it at that.
