Re: Starball

Big thanks for the dump. Always nice to have stuff from original authors. Your game is definitely one of the best on ST ever and will live forever. I remember when I got it on ST Format coverdisk, it really knocked us down to the floor! We were playing it for years after the release with my brother....

Re: * WANTED *

Pasti disk compilations containing games missing from the ST section here (like for example Knights of the Sky) can be found here: http://www.aitpast.com/index.php?page=pastis Thanks for the link. We have 99% of the pasti-stuff found from web, but as there are thousands of titles to update we just ...

Re: Dumping ST Games

Sad to hear it :(

Unfortunately it's a very common problem these days. Good thing is that it's very easy to replace once you find a working Amiga or ST disk drive

Re: Dumping ST Games

Hi and welcome to world of Atarimania :) Thanks for your kind offer. Here are some instructions how to make Pasti- or MSA-images with your ST. Please use Pasti for protected ST-originals and MSA for unprotected ones. --- Most important thing first. ALWAYS write-protect your original games disks befo...

Hi Elliott, welcome to the forum and congratulations for your STfm, an excellent choice :) You can find some old scenepeople from http://www.atari-forum.com or http://www.dhs.nu. The first one needs registration and your first 3 posts will be examined before they go on-line but it's worth the troubl...

Re: New Look for Atarimania

Don't worry, I'm sure everyone here understands that the family comes always first. And I'm also sure that you come back when you feel you have the time and energy to do so. You've done very good job in the past so you're always welcome back when the time is right. All the best for you and your fami...

Re: ST version of Alien Brigade

Really  Sounds interesting. I unfortunately haven't seen any prototype or even screenshots. Was there documents for any other game? If you some day wish to spread the documents we are more than happy to include them to our ST-database :)

Re: ST version of Alien Brigade

Haven't heard much of it in Europe. 7800-version looks nice, but Operation Wolf and Operation Thunderbolt already had a strong marketplace with their heavy magazine advertising campaign on ST/Amiga so that might have killed it. Maybe we someday learn more about it.

Re: http://www.atari-forum.com down?

I really hope it comes up again soon, it's the most valuable forum for 16/32bit Atari users. I think they are moving it to a new server which should be more secure.
