Re: The Meaning of Missing

I have noticed that some missing games e.g. Cytron Masters do exist on the internet. Are the downloads not available here because of format, or because of manpower? Manpower plus the fact that our priority has always been to concentrate on preserving rare / undumped software first. Common titles th...

I remember The Adventures of Dutch Doogan being announced in one of the company ads. I probably didn't play Star League Baseball long enough to see the title you mention, that's pretty cool! Too bad we didn't get On-Court Tennis , that one was definitely planned. The C64 version even uses the Atari ...

Hello Claudio,

Many thanks, we'll be adding your program shortly ;-)

We also need to add another category for all programs dealing with statistics.

All the best,

I dunno... For the moment, I like the idea of having these games listed as "commercial" with no rarity rating - that's one way of identifying them - but maybe we'll change this in the future... Also, it's sometimes very difficult to identify where some programs come from so we decided to stick with ...

Thanks!

Thanks Mitch. I did notice the dumps had been posted a while ago on Steve's forum and I downloaded them, I just didn't know whether it was OK to add them to the site.

Are the titles of the CLOAD variety? Assuming you have an Atari tape deck and a disk drive, you could always CLOAD the programs - or the different parts of the programs - and save them to disk. It would then be dead easy to reconstruct them as CAS images. Actually, that's how some early unprotected ...

You're right: it crashes. Dang... All is not lost though...

I did notice something weird. Instead of using ALT+T, just click on the "Atari" tab then choose the "tape recorder" option. Follow the same instructions and... it doesn't crash anymore!
