autoboot that image! i even managed to run some old Atlantis games (yes I was cheap) from doing that.
if that doesn't work... maybe going back to an earlier version might help? it is a beta.

I can probably assume you're using Atari800Win 4.0 beta? It does happen in 4.0 beta, usually ending up with you blowing yourself up. A lot. :) If you're willing to downgrade to Atari800Win 3.1 the problem will be cured. You could download 3.1, copy the .exe (and zlib.dll) into your existing Atari800...
