What game was this... can not remember it's name?

Not sure of the name but it did have a "dollar" symbol in it. The game from what I can remember is you had to collect money and I think you was in a helicopter that you could fire into the ground to get to the money you then collected the money (again I think it was dollar signs) the title music was...

On or off it still acts like you have the right button pressed all the time. Things want to go right :)
