Re: Eastern Front Source Code

Nevermind, I just realised that each page of source listing is doubled up; there are 2 pages of source on each PDF page.

Eastern Front Source Code

Is the source code listing (printed/pdf) complete?

The table of contents shows 225 pages+, but the PDF file only has 162 pages.

Am I missing something?

It's the version that has the nice title screen, and the guy (or girl) walks along the bottom of the screen as the properties scroll by. I also noticed last night as I was checking out http://www2.asw.cz/~kubecj/acartdp.htm , that he has some cart dumps listed that are not in Atarimania's database. ...

Monopoly

I noticed a version of Monopoly that "seems" to be missing from the database. It's a very good version with good graphics and animation. I have the ATR, which I downloaded from somewhere. I can email it, or send a screen-shot if you would like to check it out. Maybe you have it already and it was ju...

Hmmm...strange they only use the name "Pro Biker" in the game itself. Must have changed their minds after the packaging was already made up.

Great game, and nice to have the instructions!

Pro Biker

I noticed Atarimania doesn't have "Pro Biker" listed (8-bit). It's a good bmx type game by Alternative Software 1989.

Cassette 50

With the introduction of "Cassette 50", I was thinking that maybe there should also be a "Bottom 100" listing for games.

The actual programmers ARE credited, at least in the case of the 5200 conversions released this year. Maybe Atari / Homesoft would be a better alternative but as the games were never on the A8 in the first place, I don't think it's 100% wrong to have Homesoft as "publisher" either. Homesoft is Germ...

Homesoft 5200 conversions

Very grateful to Homesoft for converting these titles, but why is Homesoft being given Publishing/Programming credit for these titles? I've looked up some of the other 5200 conversions by Glenn "The 5200 Man", and they aren't similarly credited. I feel that Atari and the actual programmers deserve c...

Thanks for adding file listings which are based on ratings etc. Helps in scanning for goods games. Why the cut-off at 100 though? The 100th game is rated 9.0. That means that there are many other highly rated games not being listed. Especially considering the number of files in the archives. Anyway,...

Search by Rating

Has anyone ever thought of the option of searching the database by rating? Although the ratings are not always accurate, they do provide a means of getting to the cream based on popularity. If anyone qualified is interested I would definately like to see something like this available. Also, maybe a ...
